Live interview: The piano legend Martha Argerich with Sophie Pacini and Jan Bubák

Martha Argerich - the still active legend of the piano has been avoiding the media all her life. She rarely gives interviews. This September she performed together with the young pianist Sophia Pacini at Dvořák festival Prague. Thanks to helpful festival management and the diplomatic skills of conductor Jan Bubák, who hosts the interview, she finally agreed to sit down in front of our cameras after her concert. She talked about her beginnings, about the famous meeting with Vladimir Horowitz that never happened and about her dreams from youth. Similar dreams also brought together with her the pianist Sophia Pacini, who plays in a piano duo with this legend. In conversation, she revealed more about the untamed nature of Martha Argerich, he musical freedom and the exciting risk they experience together on stage.
